Was greeted when walking into the store, no pressure to buy, but was offered the sleep monitor thingy, it was explained well before using it and after analysis I was shown several mattresses and tried them. From walking in to buying and leaving no more than 30 minutes.... excellent service

The gentleman that looked after us spent a great amount of time with us to ensure we got the beds we required in our budget. He was patient, understanding and knowledgeable of all your products. We also visited benson for beds but returned to dreams because your salesman was a pleasure to deal with. We went to the store in crown point.
