Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

We initially visited on 11/1/20 to look at another bed which was not on display. The staff checked with York who had it. After visiting York we preferred a different bed on display in Leeds. The staff were very professioonal all the way through the process, we are moving house so delivery dates, and possible cancellation, needed to be covered so this was all explained and the order was placed. We will also be returning to use the sleep system as we have yet to find a suitavble mattress

The store assistant helped us from the moment we walked in the store, helped us to do the bed test, and quickly showed us a suitable product at a good price and arranged delivery at a good time. We will return again for a future purchase. Kind regards Stephen McGrail

I felt very much at ease in the store There were no pushy sales assistants, only very helpful accommodating staff. I was assisted by Andy at the crown point branch. He had a brilliant product knowledge. He found out what my needs were and made suggestions. He explained all of the different methods of payment and delivery agreements. He had an easy solution to every question I asked. I have already been praising the store and company to my colleagues at work.

Jude approached us to see if we needed any assistance. She is very knowledgeable and explained the different mattresses which were available. She also explained about the combination of divans and headboards before allowing us time to browse the store on our own. She came back to see how we were getting on.

We entered the store not entirely sure of what we wanted in a mattress. The salesman was extremely helpful with educating me about mattresses and their benefits. He never rushed us or pressured us into making a decision.

Loved the way we were treated like VIP. Loved been able to lay on beds to try them. Staff had a good sence of humour. Liked the fact that coffee was thrown in with the experience too.
