It helped with it being a week day but Helen at the Crown Point Store was brilliant. We booked an appointment for the Sleep Match mattress fitting.She was Very informative and took time to explain each and every mattress that she thought was suitable. Between which she left us for a short time to try it out. She listened to our needs and tweaked her suggestions to suit. Very patient and attentive. Thanks very much !

Hayley was extremely knowledgeable about the beds I was interested in and very easy to talk to and ask questions of. I felt that I could trust her to be honest with me. She made me feel that she genuinely wanted me to be happy with my choices, and I remember saying after I'd completed my purchase of the bed frame and arranged for the delivery that this was the most fun I'd ever had handing over £600!
