The staff did not jump onto us as we entered the store and waited until we needed help, when the lady came over she was very helpful and friendly, she knew about the products and explained everything to us and even made us a coffee, it just felt like a friendly atmosphere and nothing was to much trouble for staff member. We had our 8 year old daughter with us, and the lady that dealt with us even included her into the process which was nice as it stopped her getting bored. The only downside to the process is the length of time it is going to take for the items to be delivered around 6 weeks.

I was greeted in store by Andy who who quickly found what I was looking for online as it wasn’t in store. He was helpful, polite and very friendly. The transaction was completed quickly and efficiently and delivery went smoothly and on time. I am highly satisfied with my purchase.

The experience was great, the machine helped us define what type of mattress fit our needs then the sales assistant was great. He knew a lot about various products and helped quickly define what we needed the most. Great experience throughout.

Booked apt for 1030 seen straight away we were given a pillow each and put on the bed machine and shown the results and taken to the first couple of beds. The only thing was that the member of staff was on her own and had to keep leaving us until another colleague arrived.but she always kept coming back to us and apologising and showing us to the next beds and then she had to take some calls by the time she finished we had decided and it took no time at all to place and pay for our order. All about the extra cover and delivery was explained carefully and all our documents were received by email within a few hours and all ok
