Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

Assistant was extremely helpful and patient! Came out very happy with the product I bought with his advice

We had been into Bensons for beds first and not one member of staff approached us. When we arrived at Dreams there was a sign asking us to wait until invited into store. A lovely man greeted us and asked us what we were looking for. He explained all the procedures in place because of covid which made us feel safe. We then went on the bed that detected what mattress was right for us. He explained what the findings were then showed us the mattresses. He was not pushy and let us decided what we wanted. Even at the end when we said we wanted to think about the purchase he said he totally respected that. He gave us space to think about it. Gave us options about the products. We decided there and the to go through with the purchase.The other staff in the store made us feel welcome and offered us refreshments. It was a nice relaxed atmosphere. Would highly recommend going there, the whole experience was relaxed. Even though it was close to closing we didn't feel rushed.

Both the gents in the store were lovely. Would prefer more mattress’ in a small double. They seemed expensive for a 3 year olds mattress, but that’s personal opinion and not something the people who work for you could sort
