Darren who served us was highly attentive without being intrusive. He was pleasant to speak to, made small talk and Was knowledgable about the products. He was that helpful that we decided not to look in other stores and purchase a bed from you

The staff were friendly, helpful and informative. The store was clean and tidy. There was an adequate selection of mattresses which we were able to choose a suitable one from.

We were assisted at Crown Point, Leeds by a male colleague who I think was called Darren. He told us he was 49 if that helps identify him. He gave us fantastic customer service, he went above and beyond to help us find the right product for my 3 year old’s new bed and was also fantastic with her. He went above and beyond to engage her in chatter so that she remained happy throughout our visit. I’m 36 and can genuinely say this was one of my best ever examples of customer service. Please promote Darren or give him a bonus, employees like that will save businesses and create smiles during this unprecedented and uncertain times.
