It has been around 10 years since we last purchased a bed and we were delighted with how things have moved on. The sales assistant who helped us with our selection was really knowledgable and we were thrilled how through the technology sleepmatch was able to find the right mattress for us. We came away very happy with our choice.

the advisor was so helpful to me in selecting my order. It was simple and easy for the order to be processed. I did not have to queue and the advisor was so excellent in processing the order.

Very polite and courteous salesperson (Josh) He was not sure of a question I asked and so he asked a colleague who responded immediately with the same courtesy and attention. He was very well supported by his manager when he needed it. He explained all my options in detail, offered me a great choice of mattresses and was incredibly patient. The store was clean and warm, I was offered refreshments whilst doing the paperwork and all in all it was a pleasant shopping experience

We were greeted in a friendly manner as we entered the store and throughout the whole process by Hayley.

The lady was very nice and understood what we were wanting, we could also try the different beds she recommended and had the use of a pillow to give the full effect

The lady who dealt with us, was really clear in her product knowledge and answered any questions or concerns. There was no rush and we were looked after. She was really down to earth, had a laugh whilst making us feel comfortable and relaxed.. such a nice person!

We needed to purchase a mattress for our new flat. Neither of us have ever purchased one before and had no idea what we needed or wanted. A colleague in store showed us how to use the mattress assessment technology and then allowed us to test a number of beds based on the outcome - he even got us pillows to try! When we mentioned we were furnishing our whole flat, he showed us some cheaper models rather than trying to sell us the most expensive option to meet our needs. He was efficient and friendly, and not at all pushy. We got an excellent deal of the mattress and the delivery times were only a week - so just what we needed! He also gave us pillows for free which was a really sweet gesture. We will definitely be going to dreams next time we need bedding products.

We were approached by a highly experienced member of staff.offering refreshments or coffee x2 we were asked.we were not rushed at all like some stores .there was present centred care used .at all times offering to be tested on a mattress testing by a computer. Staff member very warm towards us .She had a great personality and so friendly all information given on mattresses. We were under no stress to be buy .we also got a new mattress cover for free with our purchase plus 4 free pillows .all details expertly explained of which we have been given a cover to cover our old mattress of which on the delivery on our new mattress.
