Fantastic customer service. Made us welcome and at home by Hayley in the leeds crown point store. Will definitely be returning to purchase kids before and mattress soon.

Jude was awesome in dealing with our needs. She gave us space to look around, provided suggestions to aid our thinking, and then supported us in completing our purchase

Friendly, knowledgeable colleagues who knew the level of support we needed and weren't on our tails the whole way round the store but who were available to offer advice when we needed it. Offer of a hot or cold drink was also appreciated.

Went into the store not having any knowledge or idea of what we wanted but staff were kind and helpful to narrow down our best options to make it easier for us and get the product we wanted.

The young gentleman who assisted us was outstanding. He was very courteous and even pulled the chair out for me which is rare these days. He offered refreshments and dealt with our questions and order quickly precisely and efficiently explaining as we discussed We had been in Bensons before and we can honestly say that Dreams Crown Point Leeds is outstanding and head & shoulders above your neighbour!

Andy was very attentive, friendly and knowledgable. The store was clean and tidy and it felt covid safe. The analysis machine was really useful and we found what we were looking for quickly and at a good price. Thank you.
