Helen, the lady that served us, couldn't have been more knowledgable and helpful. I discovered she has the same health issue as myself (herniated disc in my back) and knowing she understood the pain I suffer, as well as my needs for the right mattress to ease this pain, was a Godsend. My partner and I were extremely happy with the level of information we were given on the suitability of different mattresses to suit our individual needs. A genuinely delightful experience all round.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I have received from Dreams. I had a terrible experience with another company so when I went into the store I was so so pleased Darren had come back in (even though he had finished for the day!) to help me as he could tell I was on a mission!! I can’t fault his customer service, he was fantastic. And then to have my order delivered the next week was amazing!! And the delivery/assembly men were also fantastic!! I will 100% be recommending and returning to Dreams for future purchases due to the customer service I have received. Thank you!!
