We all know it's easy to find energy to mpan and complain... This isn't that time. My visit was so exceptional I am finding the time and energy to make my experience known to you. When I visited the store on Saturday I was greeted by Adam who showed me around and, even though I'm not a fancy guy looking to buy a £2k mattress he still showed me every consideration. He wasn't pushy, he was just like having a friend to chat with in the store, it was natural. I learnt a lot about beds I didn't know before and I was happy to spend my money on store instead of going online to look elsewhere. My whole trip to dreams actually felt like a good experience. I begrudge shopping but this was pleasant. It honestly was, solely, down to Adam. What a decent and charming guy. I wish my wife had come along with me, I'm sure she would have felt just the same. Excellent.

The staff were very friendly & helpful, the store was well equipped with hand sanatiser & paper for each customer to lay on the bed, we were very satisfied.
