I arrive da the store 10 mimics before it was due to close and yet there was no sense of urgency or rushing me. I was offered the help I needed and the staff were friendly and despite it being so near to closing retained their sense of humour and great customer service

I was approached as soon as I enetered the store, asked if I needed assistance but not harrassed. The assistant's product knowledge was excellent and he guided me through my purchase with professional confidence. A very pleasant experience, thank you.

Staff were exceptional. It was a fun experience and we left the store with smiles on our faces and confidence in what we'd selected. Hayley in the Crown Point Leeds store was great.

The staff were very knowledgable , we were advised to do the bedstart , to see which mattress would be better suited to us both, They listened n guided us around trying different mattress & also pillows

The assistant was very attentive. From greeting us, to responding when we admitted we had no idea how to choose a mattress. She took us through the process via the electronic assessment of our needs, to showing us different mattresses but also leaving us on our own to discuss our preferences.

The person who served us was very nice and accomodating. Put us on the sleep cast and gave us a tour of the results. Also understood our need to balance comfort and cost
