The staff member saw I looked confused and came over to help me, he was super friendly and really helped me make the choice of which products I needed as I was extremely clueless!

We received outstanding service from Darren at the Leeds store. He made us feel very welcome and we felt no pressure to buy which makes a change in today's world. Great range of products so much so that we not only purchased a mattress, we also purchased pillow and mattress protectors and waiting on a Doze side pillow to come into stock. Thanks again Darren for helping us!

The assistant was excellent as were the products. The protection in the store was excellent. The only thing that wasn't highly satisfied was the delivery time. I have to wait 3 weeks.
