I booked an appointment to ensure we would have time with a sales person if it was busy and although the store was quiet it was still good to know we would have someone ready to help us and that would mean we would only need to be in the store for the duration of the appointment. I found the bed match tool really interesting and did add an element of intrigue to looking for a bed! The recommendations seemed pretty good matches to us and we were given just about the right amount of time to peruse other products and then talk to the sales person to discuss our options. The sales person achieved the perfect balance with giving us space and being extremely helpful. Everything from walking in to leaving was made very easy, lots of explanations given and help offered. I have already recommended visiting the store to a friend!

Crown point store. I found everyone I spoke to very helpful. But Mohammed knew his stuff. And i had lots of questions to ask:)believe me. Top marks to him. I much appreciated having plenty of time to look around to decide. (because I really hate being pestered too much by sales people).I like time to think things through before making a decision. It was great though Every time I needed to ask information Mohammed was always happy to help me. Everything went at a nice easy comfortable pace when placing my order. Very informative and efficiently quick. Great that it was free delivery ,and that cover bags supplied to put your old bed in to be taken away. Thankyou so much DREAMS
