Please can you say a big Thank you to Helen at Crown Point Leeds, she deserves a bonus or a pay rise. Her knowledge of the beds was amazing, she was very patient as I always take forever to decide. We came away very pleased. We always buy from Benson for Beds but Helen showed us Dreams had the better bank holiday sales deals.

We were allowed to browse before we were approached by sales. This meant we were not put under pressure to make a purchase. We were introduced to the sleep machine which ensured we purchased the right mattress for us. Our needs were listened to and were met. We were offered a drink which was a wonderful gesture and the atmosphere was very relaxed. We were given a quote to go away with.

We’re very happy with the service provided by the Crown Point (Leeds) store. Andrew was very friendly and knowledgable. Bed shopping wasn’t an experience I was particularly looking forward to but Andrew made it very straightforward and stress free. He was able to answer all our questions in a clear and friendly manner. He wasn’t pushy and let us go at our own pace. My pregnant wife was also well looked after and was offered a bottle of water and use of the toilet. A first class service! Thank you Andrew!

Friendly and knowledgeable salesperson. No time pressure and great in store ambience. There was a system to measure your sleep position and match mattresses to my needs. The salesperson had good attention to detail and lots of information about differences between mattresses and delivery options.
