Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

I've been twice in the last 5 months. First to get a mattress for my daughter. Darren served me - he was excellent in terms of explanations, working to my agenda and patience. I was also impressed with the shop: layout; cleanliness; the opening 'AI experience' (getting the right kind of mattress); ability to try the mattresses (with clean covers provided). Several months later I went to get a bed and mattress for me - I returned because the first experience was so positive. This time Hayley served me - like Darren, she was excellent in terms of explanations, working to my agenda and patience.

As soon as we walked into the Crown Point, Leeds store we was met with a lovely staff member called Hayley who helped us straight away & got us on the sleepmatch mattress which were amazing!! Darren also helped us around the store with Hayley & both of them were so friendly & professional, made us feel so comfortable & super happy with our new mattress, such an easy check our process & we got a real bargain as we left with the ex-display model! Couldn't thank all the staff enough for helping us! We had the best nights sleep even last night!
