Hayley was very knowledgeable about the products and options and really took the time to understand what we wanted and was best for us. Nothing was too much trouble for her and her personality and attention to us really helped sell the product.

Wonderful staff, all very attentive and helpful. The lady that served us help us through the entire process. She was really helpful as we had no idea what we were doing, so happy with my purchase and will always return in the future! :)

Joshua was extremely help from the moment we walked into the store - greeted with a smile, he suggested we use the 'sleep' machine and then showed us the recommended mattresses, give us product information and discussed options and good value for money. He gave us space to try the beds and discuss; no pressure to buy and lots of good advice. We returned the next day to see Joshua to discuss our choices and he answered the queries we had. Placing the order was a smooth process and the delivery date on a weekend was added bonus. Excellent customer service from a great young man.... Thank you Joshua
