Tried to get a fair discount - though that delivery charge to be excessive.Some forms don't charge as much.

I would have been highly satisfied had I gone into the shop not knowing what I wanted and without an intent of buying, however because I already knew I was going to purchase and what, I was an easy sale really so although the service was fantastic, I didn't need to experience the win over!

On the day the shop was busy we had a 2 year old but waited patiently - my son was able to use the toilet. I felt we were very rushed and not given the service the people before us recieved I had to ask about the prize drawer and the survey. I also felt he charging system was confusing I wanted a more firm mattress and did not realise that a firmer mattress was more expensive. I also would have liked to buy a headboard and this was not discussed. We arranged for delivery tomorrow, we received a call yesterday to confirm this and to pay the balance, which I did, before the allotted time. Tonight we rearranged our bedrooms, and my husband dismantled my sons bed taking an hour then I have just gone on my email and at 11:42 today we were emailed to say that the bed cannot be delivered. As we work full time and you contacted us by phone yesterday I cannot understand why this could not have happened to advise us today. Also I have arranged for someone to be here - and it's too late to cancel them now. I tried to email back and Paul has an out of office on. This is most unsatisfactory. I would like a call on 07931582452 with your solution. Thank you

Delays with obtaining credit. No real issues with the store or staff. Have good credit rating and already have finance with other stores. Bank card and driving licence wasn't enough. Had to return home for more info. Made the process very drawn out. Was clear with the information that was available that credit rating is good. Like I said, this isn't really a reflection on the store but did affect the process and experience.

All though we were satisfied with the visit felt a bit crowed didn't have time to talk things over felt a bit rushed .

had no issues making my purchase. Javaid was nice and friendly without being pushy. Great communication from the company too via text message email etc.

The staff were excellent. What I did not like was the small print that told me once I had signed the contract it was fixed and there was no going back. (I do not mean once the bed was delivered, but in the waiting period). Although there was no reason to change my mind it felt mean and money grabbing. It is not something I have come across before, and in fact John Lewis made a point of stating that products I have bought from them could be returned if I had for any reason changed my mind. I never have, but it warms me that they continue to seem to care about me and not just the money. For this reason I would not use Dreams again even though the staff and products were good.
