Frieñdly staff made to feel at ease

We hoped to see a wider range displayed. Otherwise you have to order based on a photograph and hope for the best. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. One or two things they said did not quite match what we had previously read on the Sleep Council website. We would probably suggest that your staff could benefit from familiarising themselves with this website, and enhancing their knowledge of all matters sleep related.

I was satisfied with the service and options.

When we entered the store, an assistant name of Helen Furness approached us and asked us if we needed any help. We needed a mattress with special requirements - a pressure reducing / relieving mattress. Helen advised us we would need a Tempur mattress, told us we could watch a video and navigated us towards the appropriate mattresses. We did purchase a Tempur mattress of medium firmness and del is 15/12/15. Helen was a friendly, approachable, well mannered assistant with good knowledge of the mattress we purchased.

The only reason I was not highly satisfied was that I had hoped to buy a single white headboard but came away without one due to the very limited choice. Also I had to put "neither satisfied nor dissatisfied" for price and vale as I had not shopped around but chosen to shop at Dreams for the convenience of having my old bed taken away.

I'm very happy with the assistance, I purchased a bed and mattress, very reasonable price

Would have liked to have been able to view online offers in store.

This was not the fault of your assistant but the computer system was extremely slow, added to the store manager had left him on his own and other customers required his attention. On the whole he did very well but could have done with some help in my opinion

EXCELLENT INSTORE STAFF MEMBER, JOE, THOUGHT THAT OVER A THREE WEEK DELIVERY PERIOD WAS A LITTLE TOO LONG.

Didn't seem to be too clear which mattresses came in what sizes
