Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

I explained what I needed, a suitable pillow to support my husband's neck injury. I bought the only product suggested; a pillow costing £85:00. When I got home I googled the Tempur pillow and learned there were many more options but the store either didn't stock them, or I wasn't shown the range.

Placing the order for my mattress was slow on the computer systems which moved my receiving goods date from 14 days to 28 days. The toilet had unpleasant smell when I pay the visit to while the rest of the store was great.

The bed we wished to view was not in stock. I appreciate that all stock can not be kept on the shop floor but there was no examples of the finish on the bed frame which I would have liked to see before buying.

Long delivery time

Helpful but not intrusive staff, with a good product knowledge. Gave full explanations of purchasing procedure.

Was satisfied with dreams. Gud friendly staff and very helpfully. Will be back later in year for a cheaper bed for spare room

Unavailability of delivery slots and therefore delay.

Salesman was on his own which nearly resulted in us buying from next door ie Bensons Beds as he was occupied. We returned to the store for a second look and he was available, and apologised for not being so previously.

Found the salesman slightly patronising.
