I already did the hard work and knew what I wanted and didn't need or request help from a sales assistant. The salesperson who happened to serve me didn't have to do a right lot for their brass apart from take my details on buy now pay later in 2017 which I was already going to take advantage of that having used the online service. I do like a one 2 one service on certain products but this was a personal choice which myself and my partner only needed to try out the mattress to ascertain it was what suited us both for a good nights kip. Hopefully we will get to appreciate and enjoy our purchase very soon from what has been a SATISFIED service.

Bensons for Beds was next door. We walked into this store after we had been to Dreams and felt it had a better shop layout. But Dreams excelled in other ways which were far better than Bensons.

I'm mainly not satisfied due to the length of time I'm having to wait for the bed I've ordered for my daughter especially as I've paid for the item in full. Which is another issue. I wanted the interest free option but I was turned down even though I don't even have so much as a late payment on my credit file let alone any CCJS etc. I have been a customer in the past and used this option in the past and paid in full before the payment date. So very unfair I would say. My daughter chose her bed and mattress so I'm hoping she will find it satisfactory. I also would of liked more deals such as free delivery would of been nice as a good gesture as the store was empty when we were there or free constructing of the bed which was also denied when I asked.

Disappointed had to wait over a week for delivery. Staff very much leave it up to customer to make decision rather than offer a really good opinion, which would be a most helpful guide.

Since coming into store and placing the order i was not made aware of a delivery charge. I got told a final price and was shown where to sign ( i know i should have read everything, i was also trying to stop my 1 year old from running off) but there was no mention of delivery charges. i only noticed once i got home and looked at the paperwork.

Had to wait for a desk to be available to place the order and then the phone line was being used meaning my credit card payment couldn't be placed until the line became free.

I think satisfied is almost as good as highly satisfied.
