We had to wait approx 20 minutes for a till to become free to purchase our order. Also on arrival at the shop Jude told us she had some discount left and would give us some if we bought that day, we was eventually served by Helen under Judes name as she was already serving another customer, the discount was never given.

So far we are more than satisfied with the treatment from Dreams and the help we received in store. I am not being critical by marking satisfied.

Customer service was excellent. but found some of your products where quiet expensive. came into your shop because there was a sale on. But the product we bought was not in the sale'

Everything was good other than we paid a little more than we were hoping to, though we probably underestimated the costs initially. They did throw in a free bed sheet which was nice of them.
