Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

Team were friendly, attentive, and gave me different options. I was looking for ex display, there was confusion around what items were available and what had already been sold. They also struggled to find the items on their sheet in the store. But even so they found me what I was looking for, were very honest, knew their products well and were personable. The only thing that really upset me was they were a little pushy, telling me I could have it at a lower price if I bought it that second, which meant panic buying and left me feeling flustered, putting a dampener on the experience as a whole.

Viewed item in internet came to store to see it. Was not in store and was tile no longer available. Asked why was still on web was asked when viewed answered same morning. Then assistant looked in web could have bought at home and not bothered to visit store

Jude looked after me very well during my shopping experience

It was just okay, we knew what we wanted to buy, we had to go find a member of staff to ask about a bed as there was no staff upstaires

Customer service on entering the store was non existent. It was only when I asked for help that anyone even became interested.

It's a bed store. The staff did a very good job but it's not something that generally brings a high level of satisfaction unless something outstanding happens.

When I got home the person that came to us was helpful but he said he would make sure because of our diabilitys they would put our new bed together free no charge and yet I was charged £18. So unfair if u could put it together myself I would of as my hubby would of had his op then so he can not put it together. So not fair.

Although was quoted a 4 week delivery time in store, this changed to 6 weeks on the confirmation e-mail

Visit was plesant, quick & easy.

Staff were very attentive without being too present. We were allowed to browse first, however they did let me know they were there should I need them. Once we made our choice, the staff explained the mattress difference and we then had plenty of time to come to a decision. The purchase process was good We went away happy Thanks
