Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

We were left to browse as we wanted and assistance and advice was there as required. Joseph at the Leeds Crown Point store was nice and friendly, he gave us advice as required and made the process of buying very easy. There was no hard sell.

The product choice was fantastic and the customer service provided by both Joseph and Paul was exceptional. Joseph explained all options and made us feel very welcome. Joseph introduced us to the Tempur Pod, which was a great feature instore, which we all tried out along with the other options we were interested in. Nothing was a problem for either of the team and the time they both took with us was amazingly useful. Please thank them both for making us so welcome. We will be visiting them again very soon for a pending house move and new beds.

Jude was extremely helpful during our visit, we had quite specific needs and she was quick to narrow down our search. We spent more than we planned but still went away happy none the less!!

Jude was fantastic, in no rush, no pressure, friendly and easy to talk to. Left us to try things and infinitely patient when we changed our minds a couple of times. She has a clear knowledge of the product and could talk from her own experience about Tempur mattresses but didn't put us under any pressure to choose one

I have a very bad back and a few years ago purchased a recommended memory foam mattress. However my current bed base was a wooden one and I felt it wasn't suitable. I tried several other bed retailers who didn't make what I wanted. I was looking for a divan base that had some springs included. When I came into Dreams at Crown Point the assistant Jude came and listened when I told her what I was looking for and I was thrilled to find your company made exactly what I wanted and I could buy just the double divan base with exactly the kind of thing I was looking for. She made the whole experience so great and I would highly recommend family and friends visit your stores. But your staff member Jude was fantastic, so knowledgeable and such a pleasure to deal with. She got us a cup of tea while we placed the order and was such a credit to your company. Even when I called to change my delivery date she was very efficient and re-arranged it on the spot. She offered exactly the kind of service you hope for when making a big purchase but very rarely experience so it was lovely to have this and I hope you pass on my comments to her, she is an asset to your company in every way.

To be highly satisfied the bar just wasn't quite there but as a returning customer over many years that goes without saying
