Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

We were welcomed to the Leeds store the minute we walked through the door. We were welcomed and greeted by Javaid who directed us to the bed we had enquired about. He asked our requirements in a friendly and personable manner, never pushy and quickly calculated us the price. However unknown to Javaid we had previously visited another Dreams store and had been quoted a lower price. When we mentioned this to Javaid he remained customer focused and told us not to worry and he would have a word with his manager. We were then sat down by Javaid and he explained the situation to his manager the bed, mattress and package that we had been offered by another store. His manager went through our requirements and detailed the package that he was offering and the price which was cheaper than we had previously been quoted by the other store. We were also offered a free mattress cover and fitted sheet for our new bed. Whilst Javaid completed our order we were offered coffee and biscuits. The service was second to none and we would without question recommend the Leeds dreams store and tell them to ask for Javaid. Javaid customer service skills are exceptional and he is a credit to Dreams.

We were advised and shown the exact bed we were looking for with all the accessories to match.

We were treated as individuals and our needs were understood and met.

I really liked the products, they are simple and elegant.

I've got arthritis in my neck and spine and have recently been in a car accident so feeling pretty ropey. Wasn't sure if I wanted just a new mattress or both new base and new mattress. Jude showed me through the ottoman style bases (my interest) and then we talked about mattresses. I decided to get the mattress now and wait for my house move to get a base to suit new bedroom (not sure some of them would fit in cottage bedroom I'm pursuing) however I didn't want to wait for the mattress. We looked at the ranges then she mentioned 'Hypnos' .... I didn't think that a Hypnos mattress could be so affordable, I've stayed in Premier Inns and really loved their beds, so no contest really. I've ordered the Milford mattress and also the tempur pillow Jude provided for me to try the mattress ... both were absolutely sublime, I may never get out of bed again! Thank You to Jude who assisted me, she was very very helpful and knowledgeable, very keen to meet my needs not pushy off-putting sales type.

The whole experience was good , the staff were very helpful , even giving us tea & biscuits nothing to much trouble very helpful

The salesman was knowledgeable & friendly, he didn't pressure us into buying a more expensive mattress and answered all our questions. The key selling point for us was the availability & ability to take the mattress we wanted home with us the same day, which is exactly what we needed.
