We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman called Joe who was helpful in showing us some beds mattress's and headboards.We will certainly recommend Dreams to our Family and Friends and next time we need another bed Dreams will be are first choice.

From entering the store to leaving we could not have asked for better service, we had our two young children with us whilst shopping and the staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The sales staff were polite, friendly and very helpful, a special thankyou to Jude and Melvyn for your patience and friendliness, we would definitely recommend you to our friends and family.

Staff we're available but not pushy. We we're greeted not pounced upon. We we're allowed to think about our purchase (which we spent £700 which is a lot of money to us) over coffee.

Helen explained the benefits if the gel mattress vs. a foam style mattress in terms of the temperature of the bed which is exceptionally important to me as I prefer a cooler bed as I am very warm at night regardless of the conditions. This influenced me positively in terms of choice of mattress and I decided to buy in the store. She offered coffee's when we processed our order. Very professional attitude.

The sales adviser, Jude, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly but without being pushy or intrusive. She gave us the information after listening to our requirements, suggested the most appropriate products that met our needs and then gave us space to make the choice. She even made us a cup of coffee! Great service, thank you.
