the sales assistant was very friendly helped me to get the right bed for my needs also recommended using the correct pillow while testing which was something that i would not have thought of

We were offered a drink and help if we needed it. The assistant, Jude, was professional but not 'pushy'. When we decided what we wanted Jude first checked availability for us then and only then did she go ahead with the order when we were satisfied with delivery dates.

Paul who assisted us in finding a suitable bed had lots of knowledge around all the products and answered our questions without trying to sway us to one particular matress in particular. We did not feel under any pressure to purchase or rushed into making a decision quickly. Paul was a very polite and knowledgeable member of staff and made the experience a pleasure, even though we were spending our hard earned money :-)

Pauls approach and product knowledge and information he gave. I did find a bed at a similar price in another store, but Pauls help and knowledge was the deciding factor for making my purchase from dreams.

The service from the Dreams representative whose name was Bernard was first rate. He listened, understood, gave attention to each of us and was warm and clear at all times.

Jude was great at the Leeds branch I would recommend I do work in customer service myself so am always keen to see how how other people look after there customers

The first time I visited the shop, just to ask questions, I was helped by Helen who was extremely helpful and could answer all my questions. When I went back yesterday and was helped by Jude who was equally helpful and knowledgeable about the products I wanted. She also helped me take items out to the car.
