The sales assistant was really friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. He knew where all products were in the shop and had a really good understanding of why different mattresses would be more or less suitable based on our needs and sleeping habits.

I thought Andy the assistant was really great at understanding what I was wanting. I really felt overwhelmed when I first walked in but he made the whole process so easy and I’m really excited for my mattress to come!!

As soon as we walked into the store someone came over and asked if they could help. The staff were extremely friendly and did not push us into a sale. Their knowledge and patience was amazing. I think the woman we dealt with was called Ashley and she was great, we had a great experience and loved the whole experience. It was our first time buying a mattress which was quite daunting but because of the store and staff it turned out to be a great experience.
