Jude was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She encouraged us to try out various mattresses so that we could compare how they felt. When we came to leave it was pouring with rain and we had left our car a distance away. She made us welcome to stay until the rain stopped and even made us a cup of tea.

The sales assistant quickly identified our needs and then helped us to make a decision from there. We weren't in for long and are now very excited for our new mattress to arrive and have already been using our pillows :)
