It was hard to know what type of mattress and base to buy but Joe talked us through all the options available and the various prices. He took the time to show us and explain the differences until we made our choice. We enjoyed a cup of tea whilst placing our order making the whole experience a very pleasant and enjoyable one.

The staff there where very friendly ,approacheable and helpful.

The staff had excellent product knowledge and didn't feel like pushy salesmen like in other stores such as Benson's.

The staff member gave us advice and assistance when required but space to decide and consider our decisions x

Sales assistant was very helpful without being pushy. Gave us plenty of time to look round without looking over our shoulder yet always ready to help when we had any questions.
