I think it was Bernard who helped me, he had a lot of knowledge about the beds and he helpped me choose the right bed within the price range I was looking at. I will be recommending family and friends because of the first time experience at dreams and its all down to the range and price and quality of the beds and also Bernard who helped.

Helen and Paul did all thy could to provide a first class service to meet all my questions and needs (even providing tea and biscuits) You should be extremely proud of them.

The layout of the store was impressive,the beds and pillows being colour coded made shopping for our needs easier. The staff approach was very well judged.Helen in your Crown Point,Leeds store deserves an acknowledgement.She gave us information about the products in an informal and friendly way, yet gave us the information that we needed in order to help us make our choice. We were then left to try out the different beds without being hassled into making a purchase. The other staff members were also available to answer any further questions.The team were friendly and genuine. My husband, who is definitely not a "shopper ",enjoyed the bed buying experience and left the store feeling positive,which is a first. Thank you Dreams, Crown Point, Leeds !

Very helpful staff plus offers of tea or coffee made parting with my money nearly a pleasure ( for a Yorkshireman) the fact that the bed I chose was made in Leeds from local products really made a huge difference to me

The assistant was courteous and knowledgeable and was able to direct me to the best products for my needs without trying to up sell higher priced products to me
