HELEN, the member of staff who took care of me was extremely helpful in making my mind up which mattress to pick. she explained the various options with regard to the springs and which was best. Helen was really knowledgeable and confident and is an asset to your company.

I really liked how the beds were colour coded in the showroom which made it really easy to choose between them so that I wasn't going all over the showroom. The breakdown of the prices was really simple and easy to understand. The general helpfulness of the staff especially Helen who assisted me today who explained all the different types of beds and the benefits of each one.

Although we knew roughly what we were after we wanted the experience of the salesperson to help us make a final decision. Javaid was extremely polite, friendly and efficient. He had all the pertinent facts at his finger tips, showed us all the options available. He was not in the least" pushy " giving us time to think about our final purchase. The paperwork was carried out easily and again all options were explained carefully. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

Me and my partner recently visited your store at Crown point in Leeds. We were greeted by Bernard. Who gave us wonderful advice about what mattress would best suit us. We were looking for a superking size mattress. He triple checked to make sure it would fit on our bed (since we bought it from ikea which have funny sizes). He made sure we felt looked after with a lovely cup of tea. Apologised for any wait (which wasn't long at all). He explained everything to us fully. Making sure we understood completely. So polite, chatty and welcoming. Absolutely fantastic service!
