Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

Helen was very very helpful and gave us plenty of advice on various mattresses we might be interested in and we never felt forced into buying. We left the store to discuss our options and then went back 1 hour later to purchase and once again Helen was more than helpful and not once did we feel pressurised.

We thought the salesman was fantastic, we went in to bensons for beds before where the staff were rude and disinterested. In dreams Bernard was brilliant, he helped us find a bed and got it into our price range!

Friendly staff who knew her products well. She was patient with me too! I would not hesitate to go back.

it was a very cold and wet Friday morning when my wife and I went to the crown point centre in leeds. we were shopping for a new mattress,there were two stores,benson and dreams, we thought we would try both, went to dreams first, a lady sales person made us welcome and offered hot drinks, we looked round the store,the sales lady was very helpful and offered advice when we needed it without being over powering. we purchased the mattress we needed. did not need to go to other store.

The shopping for the bed was all ok,well looked after ,all staff had sense of humour which in many shops,they have not,sad! All staff are a credit to your company,especially the assistant we dealt with,thank you.

My husband is not a shopper he was very impressed with the service that was provided. Even following conversations away from Dreams he is still happy with the purchase.

Helen, who served us in the shop at Crown Point, Leeds, was very knowledgeable about all the products and gave us plenty of time to choose. We did not feel rushed or pressurised to buy as we have done with other companies. She even gave us a comfy pillow to carry round and use as we tried the different mattresses, this helped us in how it would feel like to use the bed in 'real life'. We were offered a drink while we were looking around, even before we decided to buy. The mattresses were colour coded which helped us a lot. We were impressed with the quality of the products on sale. The store was very clean and tidy and thankfully there was no awful music blaring out as it was in a competitors store; (these things do make a difference to the shopping experience!) We spent more than had intended to, but that was ok as we have ordered a better bed and mattress than we were going to do, it will give us better sleep and last longer. We were pleased with the 20% discount which saved us almost £200, and we took out the 5 year insurance which is excellent value. We would definitely recommend 'Dreams' as a place to buy a bed/ mattress and will be going back time.
