I came to look for a bed having some idea of what I was looking for but not knowing exactly what would be most suitable. Adam showed me the types of mattresses instore and explained the differences between them, making suggestions and provided all the information needed. When I returned a couple of weeks later, I had the opportunity to try the different mattresses and choose one that I was happy with. It happened to be the one that was initially suggested but that I would not have considered without being advised. The service I received from Adam and all the staff in the store was very professional yet also friendly and helpful.

Bernard who served us was very helpful. He spent a long time with us showing us all the different options. He wasn't pushy and we came away having ordered a bed we think we'll be very happy with that was within our budget.

Very competent assistant who understood our needs and showed us a range of products. Was not pushy at all. We went off and had a coffee and did other shopping and were happy to go back and place an order. Appreciated not being pressured and felt all our questions were well dealt with.

We had visited a different dreams store prior to this visit and no one made themselves available to speak to, the same bed we bought from here was not assembled correctly at this store hence why we came to this store to make our purchase

Paul is a genuine support advisor who clearly knows the product. We would have no hesitation in recommending Paul to our friends and family.

I was able to view the products at leisure and I found the sales person very helpful.

The lady who dealt with us was very good.She did not approach us till we beckoned for assistance but was visible in the background for if we did need assistance. She was very knowledgeable and we ended up with the right mattress for our needs.
