Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

Went into store not really knowing what I was looking for. Darren who was working assisted me and showed me all different kinds of mattresses I could but and talked me through each one. He has very good knowledge of everything and made me feel comfortable during my time there. I would highly recommend this store and products.

Darren, the salesman who assisted us in our purchase, understood we had a certain budget as we'd just got engaged a day before. We were looking for a kingsize bed and a matress. He let us choose the bedframes we liked, and went on to show us the differences between each bed, the strength of the frames etc. When he asked us about our matress I told him that, for me, it was a big deal as our current matress gives me back pain - but again we were on a budget. So, he showed us a matress which was crafted by Dreams themselves, kingsize, firm but comfy. The price was still too steep for both of these items, and I think Darren knew this when I was happy with the product but we couldn't afford the items. He gave us five minutes to talk, and I was very surprised (and pleased) that he cut us off halfway through with a calculator in his hand showing us that he'd given us a little bit more than 10% discount approved by his manager. We snapped the product up straight away. We when then offered drinks and Darren kept his happy tempo throughout the transaction. Very pleased. Thank you Dreams. Let's hope the bed lives up to the experience in store when it arrives.

Attentive support and not rushed

Colleague was very knowledgeable and could answer all questions asked and recommended beds on the basis of our requirements. We were then left to 'toss and turn' on lots of beds and felt under no duress to purchase. The pricing was explained clearly as were the options to purchase additional cover. There was no long and drawn out purchase process and lead time was less than expected. A very good experience.

We walked in and asked for the product, had the different types explained, made a selection and paid.

We attended to browse for a new bed and Matress. I have always had a problem with sleeping and staff were very friendly and helpful. They discussed options and invited me to try the beds out. They were not pushy or constantly hanging around, they provided knowledge to help us make a decision and allowed me and my partner time to make a decision without been pressurised.
