we went in with a particular item in mind and how much we wanted to spend, Darren asked us if we would like to look round or needed any assissatance. On explaining what we was looking for he showed us our options without being pushy, he came across very friendly and spoke about the items very knowledgeable, agian he didnt push a sale, we decided to buy the product and agian Darren was helpfull without been in your face.

We needed the bed fairly quickly and didn't want to wait 2 weeks for delivery we were able to purchase an ex display bed and have it delivered the same day excellent service and accommodated our needs at a fantastic price.

My mum wanted a new bed it was Darren that served her with friendliness and respect. Everything was explained and she wasn't rushed we all came away happy.

The person who dealt with us was knowledgeable and efficient but at no times was he pushy or intrusive. An excellent balance which put as at ease and never felt pressurised.

One of the most pleasant and encouraging shopping experiences we have ever had. We went to Dreams specifically to look at mattresses, having never previously purchased one. On entering the store, we were welcomed and left to look around, but approached after a few minutes to ask if we needed any help. I asked about the differences between types of mattress and was given a lot of useful information to help us find something suitable. We continued to try out different products and were offered a cup of tea and biscuits, and further information and advice, which focused on looking for the right product for us, rather than pushing us to spend the most money. Bernie (at Leeds Crown Point store) was very friendly and professional and we never felt pressured to buy anything. It was clear he was passionate about the products and his customer service was exemplary. Once we had decided to go ahead with purchasing a mattress, we were given advice about pillows, mattress protectors etc which allowed us to fully test out a range of options to find the right combination of products to suit our needs. We were more than happy to spend the money for such a pleasant experience and quality products.
