Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

Went to look for a new bed reluctantly. I am currently disabled and not able to climb stairs so coerced by my daughters to buy a new single bed for my lounge. Was served by Darren at Crown Point one Wednesday. He was really thorough, knowledgeable, patient and very very helpful, asked if i'd considered an adjustable bed. Put no pressure on me at all. Returned the following week, tested the adjustable beds, bought one. He even advised I may be eligible for VAT exemption (which I was). We were really impressed with the service we received from Darren and have already told all my family and friends. A credit to your company. I am currently awaiting delivery.

I must say that our assistant Andy was a mind of information, knowing all we needed to know and pointing out things I hadn't even thought of. the mattress we picked seems like it will be perfect. Thank you.

On arrival I was greeted immediately and a salesman introduced to me. He was friendly and helpful and by questions and examples made it easy for me to decide between options and then to make my decision. I left well satisfied with the deal I was assisted to conclude.

The customer service we recieved was fantastic! The matteress is fabulous and we would definately shop there again.

Saif was highly attentive ensuring that we tried all mattresses giving us time and wanting us to re visit ones to ensure that we chose the correct mattress. He also listened to what we wanted, showing all the different beds explaining each one.

Colleague was really helpful and was good value for money.

The store was easy to navigate around and everything was clearly labelled. It was a Sunday and the store was quiet, but there were plenty of staff to help. Once they answered a question, they then moved away and didn't bother us or try to make a sale, which I liked as you could look at your leisure and didn't feel pressured.
