Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

I have visited Dreams stores previously. This was the first time I was offered the use of the sleepcheck facility, which definitely clinched the sale

I was highly satisfied with the experience of purchasing a mattress from the Dreams store. I have never used this store before but would certainly recommend and visit again in the future. The assistant was extremely helpful in advising me as to which was the best mattress for my needs. The order was completed in no time at all. A great experience, thank you.

My husband had cancer and I was after a bed quickly and the store already had one in store so I was able to have the bed delivered within a week

I’d gone to the bed shop next door first and was told all beds had to be ordered, 4/6 weeks for delivery! So coming into Dreams and finding out that there were many beds I could have delivered for the following week was a huge bonus. Very helpful staff, friendly and new what he was talking about. Great price reductions in the store, will shop here again.

Friendly, knowledgable member of staff who understood the products and provided useful advice. Helped to narrow down the range of products well when at first the amount of choices felt overwhelming. Easy booking and payment process. Covid-secure. Offered additional helpful advice around mattress care etc.

We came into the shop to price beds up. We told Andy r situation we was in. Andy was understanding and told us all the deals and made us feel really welcome. We went away talked and we ended back in the shop to purchase the bed

When I arrived was met with a staff member that smiled and was friendly 😊 who made me feel comfortable and at ease,she was very knowable which resulting me to buy a product and have the delivery set at my choice 😀

Hayley and the other lady were welcoming and friendly. They were both highly experienced and made us feel very comfortable and they were easy to talk to.
