Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

Having shopped at Dreams before we have found that all our purchases have been of good quality so therefore we returned for a third time and where not dissapointed

Andy was extremely helpful and friendly. He explained everything and answered our questions.

The assistant Claire (Crown Point, Leeds) was very helpful, she gave us great detail about the bed frame, mattresses and even brought us 2 different types of pillows to use to help with our decision. We also didn't feel under any pressure to buy, which would have been off putting to me. We even left the store to have a think which mattress we wanted and again felt no pressure from her. Excellent customer service all round.

We spent well over an hour in the store being helped by Andy. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, friendly and accommodating...nothing was too much. We then sat down with a nice cup of tea to do the paperwork. The bed won't be delivered until 22nd September so can't say we're absolutely satisfied yet, but, so far so good.

Helen was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products, yet she was not pushy. I was also impressed with the layout of the store and the quality of the products available.

WE EXPLAINED WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR THE ASSISTANT DIDNT TRY TO PUSH US INTO ANYTHING AND EXPLAINED THE PRODUCT WELL.

Staff members answered our questions quickly and concisely. Pricing was very easy to understand on your products. We were well satisfied with the price of the bed we purchased.

Darren was a great bloke. New what he was selling & very friendly. Went to another store then went back to him. He makes a great coffee! The lady with him was very nice too. It is a very friendly, welcoming store & would definitely return.
