Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

We were greater after a little while by Darren, this was nice as we weren't pounced on from the minute we walked it, and the store was quiet so it was possible we could have been pounced on! He was very friendly and very much a people person, so he was easy to talk to! We discussed what we were looking for, a double ottoman, Darren talked us through our options. Due to already having a mattress and instead getting a mattress with the bed but for my dad, we said we would have to come back with him. Darren wasn't the usual pushy sales guys, he gave us a brochure and said to come see him the next day. We came back! He offered all 4 of us tea and coffee which was unusual but lovely. My dad spent a little while choosing a mattress, Darren was patient and was just chatting with us, we'd just got married. We completed our purchase and got some pillow thrown in - wedding present/spent lots present! (; We would definitely recommend this store and Darren and his fellow colleagues!

This experience was very friendly, it all seemed very easy and nothing seemed to be too much for the staff. We felt as though Andy made us feel at ease and provided great service without being in your face and pushy. We were not pushed or rushed in any way and were even provided with hot drinks with no fuss. We had a 2yr & 11yr old with us and they were allowed to try out beds and the staff made it fun for the kids too. The staff also supervised the kids while we completed the payment. Extremely happy and friendly experience.

Darren, the guy who dealt with us was brilliant. He was so welcoming and friendly. He helped us find the right mattress at an affordable Price. He was patient with both me and my partner even though we made him show us thousands of mattresses haha. He was really kind and genuinely seemed like he cared and was overall a pleasure to meet. He's definitely an asset to your business!!
