Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

The team members at the crown point store, Andrew and Darren, were both very helpful. As I am in a wheelchair, they assisted with access and the finding of the correct bed style we were looking for. We are moving soon and both Andrew and Darren were extremely helpful with the delivery.

The sales assistant Andy was very friends , very helpful, help us to decided which was the best bed for us. Let us try out the bed showed us a DVD great shopping experience

The person who served us was called Darren, he was very helpful, listened to what we wanted and then showed us everything we could have wanted to see. He explained in detail about mattresses etc and he even provided us with coffee which was very welcome on such a cold day. If we ever go to this store again which we definatley will when we need a bed we hope to have Darren serve us again.

The different mattress types were easy to identify using the different colour codes. We were offered assistance, but then left alone to try the mattresses and look at the beds with no pressure.

you did very good we called in dream's crown point ieeds on monday the 26th of december saw Darren who was very helpful & pleasant we ordered a mattress it was delivered on friday the 30th by Nathan & his mate both very pleasant they took the old mattress away & put the new one inits place

Darren at Dreams, Leeds Crown Point provided all the assistance we needed to decide on the items we needed to buy. We were able to get all the bed, mattress and furniture for the bedroom under one roof. We are very happy with the service we received and the quality of the items though the delivery timelines are later than expected but it could be due to Christmas. Overall we are very happy with the purchases done at Dreams !!!
