Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

I went shopping to by a mattress i visited Benson next door (leeds) i was put off by the £40 delivery charge, so my wife and i went into Dreams and were looked after by Helen 1st class service from her, thank you

I was very satisfied with my shopping experience at Dreams. The staff were friendly and helpful and not too pushy. The free coffee was an unexpected welcome bonus.

everyone was very helpful but not in your face allowing you time to compare on your own but if needed the staff were attentive and knowledgeable

The colleague we spoke to was very professional which made us feel as ease asking questions and placing our order.

there was an assistant available to help me with my request within 1 minute of me wanting help and i had completed my purchase within 10 minutes. All in all it was a pleasant experience with no pushy sales people harassing me or trying to sell me something I didn't want

When I entered the store at crown point I was greeted with a smile by Helen which put me at ease and made me a lot calmer when walking around the store. I was able to walk around freely without being pestered yet assistance was always available and happily and helpfully given when needed. I feel that Helen's product knowledge made me confident in the bed I bought as opposed to second guessing the bed or feeling like I'm being pushed towards a certain bed.

Helpful assistant who answered my questions and seemed knew what she was talking about. Very apologetic that only 2 pcs were available to place orders and which were fully occupied and the time of my sale. Delivery team were great ensuring any pictures were removed during the delivery & then returned to order. Very professional and thoughtful e.g. ensuring they each provided footwear protection so as not to dirty my carpets.

There was a lot of choice and we needed a bit of guidance. This we got from Darren who was the perfect sales man. He knew everything about the mattresses, was really helpful, not too pushy and a really great guy to purchase from.....lots of banter! Our mattress will be delivered in February as it is specially made but we're really looking forward to sleeping on it.
