highly satisfied with staff assistance and experiance offered .tried many mattresses untill satisfied with the one purchased safe in the knowledge that it can be changed if not suitable

The sales assistant was very friendly and attentive in answering our questions and addressing our concerns. She was very knowledgable about all the products. When we raised the request about mismatching a mattress with a different divan base. She tried to work out the best options for us and did her best to meet our budget. In this respect, she was very successful to get the win-win outcome. In addition, she was very patient and spoke very slowly and clearly. Overall, it was a pleasing experience shopping at Dreams with such high quality assistant.

I was shopping on a budget and wanted the best value. The assistance was friendly and helpful and I also got a cup of coffee. Previously had gone into Bensons for beds next door and had been ignored by the sales assistants who were just sitting around chatting to each other!!! The service at Dreams was so very different as we were hailed a hello immediately on entering the store and he rest of the experience was of the highest customer service plus excellent products which more than met my requirements. Firstly looked in the bed store next to Dreams, received no attention whatsoever. So left the store. Walked into Dreams to be greeted by a Sales person who was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable, she was not overbearing and was easily contactable in order for us to ask advice & place an order.

We looked online at the sale so decided to visit the store the next day. We were impressed with Darren's knowledge and friendly approach. We were given 2 cups of coffee whilst choosing and was an overal pleasurable experience.

I went in needing a new mattress and left having purchased one. I didn't want any extras or to be hassled and wasn't pushed to change my mind or given 'sales slaver'- which I find is very good practise and makes me want to return. I had just been to the competitor next door before going to Dreams where this happen and although a suitable mattress was there too and actually £60 cheaper than at Dreams- I did not go back to them.

I was looking for a bed for our spare room, so was not wanting anything fancy. The assistant readily understood my needs and quickly made my choice, in effect, one of two great deals out of what started as a showroom full of different beds. This made what I feared was going to be a long process into a very efficient one - I was even offered a coffee. I normally hate the upsell but the gentle prompt about duvet and pillows saved me further money. Thank you!
