Darren at the Leeds Crown point store helped us. He was lovely. He first put us on a simulator to see which mattress would be most suitable. He listened to what we were looking for and gave us advice. He was very patient, lovely to talk to and in the end we got the perfect bed and mattress. Please do send him all our thanks!

Darren was very welcoming when we went into the store. He explained everything to us and offered us tea and coffee. He took time to understand what we needed and within 30 minutes we had bought our new mattress

We were greeted with a polite friendly guy on arrival Darren (Leeds crown point store ), he asked how he could help . We wanted a new quality mattress he asked us questions and needs and showed us the bed analysis system and helped us find the right mattress that was right for us and our budget great service nice staff but the number 1 thing why we returned and purchased the mattress was because he was not pushy at all we liked that and that’s what sold it for us
