Darren and Adam (Leeds Crown point branch) listened to what I needed and according to my budget gave me several recommendations without trying to make me pay a higher price. In addition, Darren made sure I have a proper delivery option, one that suits my time table. They were both very attentive and helpful, and I had a great shopping experience.

the manager was very friendly, not pushing, understanding with our needs and very pleasant. She asked what are we looking for, we explained and she showed us the products; after that she left us to decide in peace and she offered us a coffee or tea. very pleased with our shopping experience
