Helen was really helpful and explained all the details to me.

I made a mistake with the last bed I bought, so I was determined to get it right this time. As such, I spent a total of 3 hours in the store trying and re-trying the beds. The staff were friendly, offering assistance and drinks, but at no point did they put any pressure on me to buy. Darren, in particular, was knowledgeable about the stock, he left me to try the beds on my own but made it clear that I could come and find him at anytime if I had any questions.

Good friendly service without too much pressure. Quick and efficient (i was buying in my lunch break!) Flexible approach in terms of delivery and understanding my needs. Nothing seemed to be a problem.

There was the rep called Andy at the Crown Point store. Absolutely amazing when I had to go get an adjustable bed for my medical conditions. Explained everything in detail and happily spent a lot of time making sure I knew the exact costs, and even worked out costs based on different sized deposits and potential VAT exemption (which he helped me with). Couldnt be happier!

The sales assistant explained the layout of the store and where to find specific mattresses and when I placed my order offered me a drink and explained the process thoroughly

Good customer service, good product knowledge. Came out with what I went in for at a good price with free delivery.
