Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

We were highly satisfied with the staff who dealt with us as they were friendly, knowledgeable and did not rush us into any decision regarding which bed we chose. We were offered refreshment during our visit but declined this as we had just had lunch.

The lady who served us was very helpful and had good product knowledge

I arrived at the store at around 7.40pm, Jude greeted me promptly and was very helpful in assisting me buying new mattresses and pillows for my family. Although the store was due to close at 8pm, Jude was friendly and professional and I was not made to feel rushed, even though I did not leave the store until around 8.25. Both Jude and her colleague were friendly and helpful, I would definitely return to Dreams and would also recommend it to my friends/family.

Very satisfied. It was the first time my Mother and I visited a Dreams Store store (Crown Point - Leeds), but she was the one who saw the up to 50% of mattresses on the TV advert and wanted to visit as she needed a new mattress due to her chronic back pain. My Mother wanted to look at the tempur mattress due to the discounted price and she also wanted to look in Bensons Beds because that is where she bought her bed 7 years ago, and thought she owed them some "loyalty." I know. Well she is 71! As I was talking to Andy (lovely guy) and secretly telling him I'd be back with my Mother, I looked back and my Mother was sat on a 'Nature's Finest 10,000 D Mattress'. Well her mind was made up and she wasn't bothered about any discounts or anything. She wanted that mattress. So all in all, a good and satisfying visit to say she wanted a cheaper mattress, made even more satisfying by the care, patience, kindness and understanding that Andy made towards my Mum. If there is one thing she loves it is good customer service and Andy (and Jude who was there) had it in abundance. Although it did hit home this morning how much money she had spent! She did end with saying "money well spent though!"

Everyone was so friendly and relaxed and we were offered drinks.

Have already done it

Staff was informative and knew about the product and showed us to what we needed with courtesy and friendliness. Our order was placed efficiently additionally my children were happy as there were biscuits and chocolates on offer.

The sales assistant was very helpful in finding out what was in stock for a quick delivery as i needed the bed asap due to my wife coming home from hospital. I had her checking multiple divans & mattresses which she did without hesitation.

Andrew was very helpful. And knowlegable about the products and was very helpful and friendly
