We visited your crown point Leeds store on the 28.04.17, found a bed frame that we liked, spoke with Helen decided we would go away and think about, Helen wasn't pushy and gave us a quote for what we wanted and the extras that you provided, so we had all the information we would need to make our decision. We returned to store the following day 29.04.17 having made our decision to buy. When entering the store we were greeted by a gentleman and we explained that we had been in the previous day and had spoken to Helen, he was very kind and went to inform Helen that we had returned. We are very happy that we were not pressured into a sale on the first visit and that the second gentleman was very happy to pass us back to Helen, without trying to push us to buy from him so he got the commission. Brilliant customer service.

Only a deposit required not full payment. Staff Andrew and Darren understood our circumstances and have signed to say if our house falls through we can get a full refund which really gives us piece of mind. Thank you.
