Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

Acknowledged almost immediately by friendly staff. We explained our requirements and shown the appropriate products from the beginning. Andy answered our questions in a clear and concise manner and we felt confidant in his responses. He gave us time to try the mattresses and was discreetly attentive. Refreshments were offered on this particularly hot day! The store was a pleasant environment to be in. If the delivery date goes without a hitch and the old mattress is removed we shall be sleeping comfortably once again.

I would like to take this opportunity to recognise Helen who served us at the Dreams situated in Leeds Crown Point. She was very helpful, kind, polite and last but not least built a great rappor with us. This is the best experience I have ever received from any store I've attended. I also attended Benson for Beds, literally based next door to Dreams on the same day to price compare. I have to say I felt like I had a sense of attachment with Helen and therefore returned to Dreams to follow through with the purchase. Not to mention the price was also great and I left Dreams feeling like a valued customer. Indeed I will definately recommend Dreams to all family and friends. The assistant was very helpful, did not try to persuade us to go over our budget and suggested alternatives. When we disagreed with her selection, she talked us through our choice well and explained things thoroughly. She did not push us overly on the extras available

Andy was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Said hello as we arrived, offered pillows when we were trying the mattress, even offered a tea. Very high standard of service. Only negative about order was lack of flexibility on delivery dates. We are moving into a new property on 1st July and really needed delivery then. Our area is not delivered to on that date and there is zero flexibility to accommodate the request which is disappointing. It would be nice if spending £800 on a product you could have some say on delivery dates.

Darren really helped us through the moment we walked through the door and satisfied our needs with the amount of knowledge he had.
