Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

From the moment we entered the shop we were given assistance but then left to try and look round without being pressurised to buy. The assistant was knowledgeable and available to answer questions. Explanations as to differences etc., Very clear. We would perhaps have preferred a quicker delivery slot but a sale was on and therefore the store must have been busier. Good experience e all round.

The colleague was attentive and helpful, explaining the selection of options and sought to help us make the best choice that we wanted, at NO point did I feel that I was being pressured or led into buying the most expensive item as I have done at other shops, instead, the colleague made sure we tried out every product to find what was best for us. We were offered drinks and the colleague was polite and friendly and went through the entire process with us, as well as explaining the price breakdown so we knew it all.

Friendly, helpful service with cheerful greetings upon entry. Hot and cold drinks offered to all 3 of us. The guy couldn't do enough for me and my pregnant partner

Everything was explained to us payments the bed we wanted and the things that go with it plus other things to buy i.e. Cheaper options

The Dream Team at the crown point store in leeds, could not have been more helpfull & nothing was too much trouble. It was a great pleasure to shop at dreams .,and I even spent double than I anticipated. The sales lady Roree was brilliant and we even got a coffee.

Assistant knew exactly what I had come in to see as I had phoned to make sure the product was available to look at in store. ( He had recognised my voice) Darren made me feel special. The product (Kelso sofa bed) I was in store to see was demonstrated and explained very well. During the purchase of the item I was offered tea or coffee and given my requested water. Paper work was carried out quickly and efficiently and service plan explained well. On completion I was given detailed instructions on how to find my way home as I had struggled to find my way to the store.
