Staff very helpful and not too overpowering. Good knowledge of products and matched our needs to the appropriate product.

Assistance was good - staff member guided us towards the right product without being too 'pushy'.

Andy came to ask us if we needed any help and was able to answer queries. We didn't feel pressured to buy and went to look at Bensons next door but were unimpressed with the selection and staff were not as bothered. went back to Dreams and Jude helped us as Andy was with another customer. She was happy to take the time to answer lots of queries and offered to process the order as we could then change it if needed, but I wanted to be absolutely sure so we returned the next day. Jude and Andy were very welcoming and remembered me and gave us coffee and threw in some stuff for free :)

The store assistant was very knowledgable about all of the products we asked him about. He wasn't pushy and he gave us time to make our decision.

Helen at the Leeds, Crown Point Dreams was so helpful and friendly. She offered to make us a drink and was not a pushy sales lady at all. She gave us enough attention but also gave us enough time to browse and talk amongst ourselves about what we wanted etc. She is brilliant

Jude was very helpful and took us to see several beds and mattresses and took time to explain and show us exactly how the Trundle bed worked. She was very knowledgeable about the products and also made sure we got the right beds and mattresses for us and confirmed the delivery date when we placed the order.

The store Manager was very knowledgeable and friendly without being too pushy.

We had visited the previous day and were given excellent help and advise without feeling under pressure from staff. The manager also introduced herself and was very friendly and helpful on our return to make our purchase.
